The Executive Council of the NCRTAC is responsible for setting the direction of the RTAC and monitoring the work of the committees.
The Council consists of up to 17 members elected by the general membership. One-third of the Committee is elected each year.
The Injury Prevention Committee works to develop and distribute injury prevention projects to members within the region.
The committee is made up of EMS and hospital providers from around the region including the injury prevention specialists from our region's Level II Trauma Centers.
The Process Improvement Committee is charged with evaluating regional trauma registry data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
The make-up of the committee is defined in HFS Rule 118 and the committee can convene in closed session to review protected case information.
The Out of Hospital Committee is made up of EMS transport services, first responder agencies, critical care transport and helicopter services and hospital EMS Coordinators.
